My Counseling Approach
I believe in providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I use a variety of different methods that are tailored to meet the needs of my clients with a special emphasis in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. CBT is focused on helping the client become aware of thought distortions which are causing the client psychological distress, as well as the behavior patterns that are reinforcing them, and to help the client make necessary adjustments. I use a collaborative approach where the client and therapist work together to explore challenges and facilitate growth.
I am dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment, where clients can feel comfortable sharing their experiences. My goal is to empower clients to make positive changes and enhance their overall quality of life.
